According to police, the church was hosting a “breakfast with Santa event” as the man protested.

A trespassing complaint against Urbanski was filed with the police, and he was subsequently arrested after he reportedly declined to leave. Urbanski was then booked and charged with criminal trespass.

Cleburne’s mayor, Scott Cain took to Facebook to discuss the event. “Don’t Mess With Santa!” he exclaimed.

“While I understand folks right to protest, Cleburne loves Santa and those protestors who were naughty and broke the law when they trespassed were arrested promptly,” he continued. “Guess they wanted coal in their stockings to go with a court appearance.”

Maybe next time Aaron will simply mind his business.
