Was Beyoncé’s Met Gala Dress Inspired By Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes? [Photos]

Beyoncé’s dazzling Givenchy gown stole the show at last night’s Met Gala and became one of the night’s most-talked about ensembles.

A few fans took to Twitter to point out that Bey may have been inspired by the late Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes at the 1997 VMAs.

Looking at the photo above, there are some undeniable similarities between the two outfits — but is it mere coincidence?
