Lindsay Lohan will spend 90 days in rehab following her court appearance for three misdemeanor charges.
Lindsay Lohan has struck a plea deal with prosecutors in the misdemeanor case heard Monday morning in Los Angeles involving a June car crash in which she is charged with lying to police.
Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney went over terms of the plea agreement. He said that Lohan is to do 90 days at a locked rehab facility, 30 days of community labor and undergo psychological counseling for 18 months.
