Not only has UCLA decided not to press charges, L.A. County D.A. has rejected the case and he won’t be charged with a felony.
He still faces possible misdemeanor charges as the case has been referred to the L.A. City Attorney.
Diddy’s attorney, Mark Geragos, released the following statement:
“We are thankful that the District Attorney rejected Felony charges in this matter. This case never should have been part of the criminal justice system to begin with.”
We still wanna hear from Diddy exactly what happened!
