The Official Rules & Fine Print (The Important Stuff)
· Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
· Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on End Date, e.g., December 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
· Prize Description: One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of One Thousand US Dollars ($1,000.00). The prize will be delivered via PayPal, Venmo, or check, at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
· Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by LBS within three (3) business days after the giveaway ends. The winner will be notified via a Direct Message on the platform they used to enter (Instagram/Facebook) and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
· Publicity: By entering, you grant LBS the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
· Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LBS, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any liability, loss, or damage incurred from participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
· Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored solely by LBS, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
