Janet Jackson seems to be slowly easing out of seclusion…

We haven’t seen Janet since she stepped out at her brothers’ New Year’s Eve concert in Dubai last December.

Now, the reclusive singer’s been spotted in Milan, Italy doing a little shopping.

Too bad she wasn’t spotted entering or leaving a recording studio. At least she’s venturing out of the Middle East!
