Despite a bumpy few months, Tamar Braxton still says she has a lot to be thankful for.

The ‘Braxton Family Values’ star took to social media to remind her millions of fans that before you pile a ton of food in your mouth, remember what you are thankful for during this time.
Shockingly, Tamar bravely admitted she is thankful for having her ‘right mind’ after being hospitalized earlier this year for a possible suicide attempt. The reality star has also gone through a nasty breakup with her boyfriend and been sued by her agents.
“This thanksgiving means so much. We have all had a horrific year. And by God’s grace, we have made it this far. Since some of y’all gone make me look at y’all nasty looking food today, why don’t you FIRST let me see 5 things you are thankful for here #HappyThanksgiving,” Braxton tweeted.
She revealed the list on Instagram:

Fans of the reality star flooded her Instagram with their own lists, including being thankful for the fact that Tamar is still with us!
“1.My family 2. My job 3. My health 4.The ability to have faith during these trying times 5. Tamar still being here I love you Tamar and as a fan, I appreciate you!” one fan posted.
Another added, “I’m thankful for Your new Podcast (Under Construction), being able to hear your angel voice more often and knowing new music is coming soon.”
As you know, Tamar suffered through a rough patch these past few months including being hospitalized after taking an unknown amount of prescription drugs while drinking. The reality star also split with her boyfriend after the couple has a violent fight which prompted him to file a restraining order.
It’s good to see that Tamar’s in good spirits.
