Nicole Richie has always been rather thin, but the starlet was spotted running errands in Los Angeles yesterday looking way more frail than normal.

Last month, Richie denied ‘anorexia relapse’ accusations with sources close to her saying she’s ‘completely healthy’.

Nicole’s appearance began to raise eyebrows just last week after she attended Britney Spears’ ‘Piece of Me’ show in Vegas with a noticeably smaller frame.
