Soulja Boy made claims that he made BAPE popular, and he received mix reacts for that comment, including from Tory Lanez and Juelz Santana.

Big Draco took to Twitter to share his thoughts. “I made these niggaz wanna wear BAPE,” he tweeted, followed by a monkey emoji.

The Dipset emcee simply wrote, “Lololol,” accompanied by a face palm emoji, while Tory said Lil Wayne influenced him to wear BAPE. “The video for ‘Hustler Muzik’ when Wayne was running from the cops is what made me wanna wear Bape,” he wrote.

Soulja Boy has been demanding his flowers a lot lately. Last month, he called out Drake after he thanked Bow Wow for paving the way for him musically. “If it wasn’t for you, there wouldn’t be no me. That’s why — you know the rest — that’s why I’mma rock with y’all forevermore,” the Scary Hours 2 emcee said to Bow.

On March 17, the “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” rapper tweeted, “That nigga Drake is hilarious. Dude stole my whole bar then thanked Bow Wow.” Soulja Boy was referencing the Toronto rapper’s 2010 Lil Wayne-assisted single “Miss Me,” in which he claims Drake used a stolen bar from his song “What’s Hannenin.’”

“Draaaaaake? Y’all niggas better stop playing with me man,” Big Draco said during a 2019 “Breakfast Club” interview. “Y’all talking about the lightskin nigga from Degeneres? Stop playing with me. Stop playing me like I ain’t teach Drake everything he know. Y’all ain’t hear Drake on his first song?”

“‘Tell me what’s really going on, Drizzy Drake back in this thing already, what’s hap—,’” he rapped. “That’s Soulja! That’s my bar. He copied my whole fucking flow. He copied my whole fucking flow. Word for word. Bar for bar. Don’t act like I didn’t make Drake, nigga.”

Luckily for fans, just that quick Soulja Boy and Tory Lanez cleared the air. He took to Twitter to make it known, “just got off the phone wit @torylanez y’all chill we good on gang. Misunderstanding…”
