Miley Cyrus arrived to the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards wearing a head full of blonde faux locs and it’s obvious that at this point she’s gunning for the ‘Appropriation Queen’ crown and sash.
We don’t even really have anything to say about the Jeremy Scott ensemble itself — it’s just a mess all-around. You gotta give it to her though, she knows exactly how to keep people talking.
Since she’s hosting this year’s show, we can only anticipate that her look will give us varying levels of ridiculousness throughout the night.
