The Met Gala has arrived!
The biggest night in fashion, which always takes place on the first Monday in May, has a theme this year of “Camp: Notes on Fashion.” Tickets to the gala cost $35,000 each. A table goes for $275,000 to $300,000.
All proceeds go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, the only curatorial department at the museum that funds itself.
Lady Gaga, Dapper Dan, Beyoncé, Solange, Jennifer Lopez, and Sarah Jessica Parker just a few of the names expected to hit the carpet.
