Superior Judge Robert Tignor has waived Chris Brown’s court appearance set for Monday in Washington, DC.
Breezy won’t have to fly out from Los Angeles to face misdemeanor assault charges for punching a man in the face last month in front of his hotel room after being photo bombed.
The judge isn’t doing it as a favor to Chris.
He really didn’t have a choice since earlier this week, the LA judge presiding over Brown’s probation case from the Rhianna incident sentenced him to 90 days of mandatory in patient rehab for anger management.
So, Chris will remain in the rehab facility as ordered for the 90 days which will run through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday. From the looks of his current relationship with his mom it might be for the best anyway.
