Lady Gaga stepped out in New Orleans over the weekend to do a little shopping — and we barely recognized her.

Dressed down in a long t-shirt, no bra, and pink heels, Gaga looked extra comfortable (minus the heels, of course).

We’re not saying she looked bad, we’re not saying she looked good — she just didn’t really look like the Lady Gaga that we’re used to.
