Kim Kardashian seems to be comfortable with her new mommy cleavage as we’ve seen a lot of it this past week in Paris. She hit the premiere of Mademoiselle C, a documentary about former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld, wearing this black Givenchy gown straight from the runway.
