22 year old British singer, Rita Ora… and her signature red lip and blonde tresses… hit the red carpet for a special appearance at Tao Nightclub at The Venetian Las Vegas. Rita donned a blue floral print Kye dress, and paired the piece with tan suede, lace-up, over-the-knee Ferragamo boots; and Rita’s unique neckpiece was by Ambush.
