Kim Kardashian traveled to Kuwait to help launch a new ‘Millions of Milkshakes’ store and although her appearance was highly anticipated and created a frenzy, her attire raised eyebrows. We just think Kim was paying homage to the vanilla milkshake… Yeah, that’s it! Kim’s dress had sheer cut-out areas along the upper chest area and along the forearms. She wore the dress with a gold belt, gold cap toe pumps, and her long sleek ponytail!
