Gabrielle Union was spotted in NYC last night celebrating her 40th Birthday with a private dinner & celebration presented by GOLD Courvoisier.  Celebrity Chef Roble did the honors of preparing a feast fit for a queen.

Gabrielle wore a sexy black jumper from 5th & Mercer, a collaboration between La La Anthony and celebrity stylist Jason Bolden, which will debut this holiday season on ShopBop.com.
