Gisele Bundchen landed a stunning new ad campaign for Balenciaga and if you notice, her signature blown-out locks are nowhere to be found.
Instead, Gisele is rocking a fierce buzz cut. It’s unclear whether it’s a wig or photoshop — but whatever it is, it looks amazing!
‘This is how I see Gisele for Balenciaga; strong, powerful, mysterious and uncompromising,’ artistic director Alexander Wang told Women’s Wear Daily.
‘This season we worked with this idea of vanity, staged in a room filled with mirrors. But the cracked mirror is a continuing thread from the marble veins and creeping ivy leaves from seasons past,’ Mr Wang added.
The campaign was shot by Steven Kleinhalf in black-and-white and the other half in color, and Anthony Turner styled her hair.
The ad reminds us a little bit of the Miley Cyrus x Marc Jacobs campaign — but the sexy, adult version. What do you think of the ad?
