‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Diana Jenkins has reportedly identified a person who may be responsible for cyberbullying Garcelle Beauvais’ 15-year-old son, Jax.
via Page Six:
After reviewing data obtained under subpoena from Meta, Jenkins’ legal team is cracking down on a Northern California resident whose IP address and phone number were linked to Instagram account @queenofthetea_.
“Diana is committed to seeing this through and unmasking whoever is responsible and all parties who were involved,” a source close to Jenkins tells Page Six exclusively.
“She also wants to make sure that she shares with the public all the progress that is being made in this case, every step of the way.”
@queenofthetea_ was among the many accounts that Jax revealed had sent him racially offensive messages in August.
The teen shared one of @queenofthetea_’s comments on his Instagram Stories at the time. It read, “You’d have your neck kneeled on if it weren’t for your white daddy. Tell your mom to leave Diana alone or you’ll deal with us.”
Though Beauvais, 55, and Jenkins, 49, have clashed, the latter “Housewife” strongly condemned the online hate hurled at Jax.
Now, with a potential suspect behind the abhorrent message, Jenkins’ attorneys are pursuing additional subpoenas in hopes of producing more evidence linking the individual behind @queenofthetea_ to the wider attack on Beauvais’ son.
@queenofthetea_ has seemingly deactivated its Instagram account.
In September, Jenkins filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against unnamed people who had targeted Jax.
She did not know who was responsible for the hate campaign at the time. The defendants were listed as “John Does” and “John Roes.”
The lawsuit alleged that an unknown person or persons orchestrated the attack on Jax — using bots to conceal their identity — with the intent of framing Jenkins as she and Beauvais feuded on “RHOBH” and on social media.
A judge granted Jenkins’ attorneys request to pursue subpoenas from Meta to provide identifying information about those behind the accounts that sent Jax the threatening messages.
Some of the records obtained from Meta were connected to overseas IP addresses. However, the @queenofthetea_ account was linked to an IP address and phone number in California.
Jenkins’ lawyers have been instructed by the Bosnian refugee-turned-philanthropist to pursue additional subpoenas to confirm the individual who is paying for the internet and phone service tied to @queenofthetea_.
Our source says Jenkins and her legal team have the full name, address and phone number of the individual but are unable to share it at this time.
A rep for Jenkins didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
For her part, Beauvais — who shares Jax and his twin brother, Jaid, with ex-husband Mike Nilon — revealed during the “RHOBH” Season 12 reunion that she launched an investigation of her own into the matter.
It’ll be interesting to see if Garcelle comments publicly on Diana’s findings.
