Miss Monroe is only 2 years old and already shaking hands with world leaders!

Mariah Cary brought her adorable little girl with her to perform at the National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C. on Friday, Dec. 6.

“What an honor to kick off the holiday season with the First Family,” Carey tweeted with a cute photo of President Obama greeting her daughter on stage.

For the event, Mimi wore a custom-designed short white Herve L. Leroux dress. Miss Monroe stayed warm in a gray winter coat and white tights and wore her hair in pigtails with white bows.

So cute!
