The felon-turned-model welcomed a son with billionaire Topshop heiress Chloe Green.
“We are pleased to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy Jayden Meeks-Green,” Jeremy captioned a photo of Jayden’s hands on Instagram.
“Mommy and Baby both doing well. We kindly ask to respect our privacy,” he continued.
