The above photo surfaced earlier today of Zimmerman defense attorney Don West and his daughters going for ice cream with an extremely insensitive caption. The photo was allegedly uploaded to Instagram by West’s daughter.

Many have questioned the authenticity of the photo, but Don West has confirmed and acknowledged the existence of the photo.
