Michael Jackson is being accused of sexual relations with a child — and this time it’s a woman.

via NY Daily News:

A California plaintiff identified only as Jane Doe filed a negligence lawsuit against the late King of Pop’s production companies Tuesday claiming Jackson molested her as a child then paid close to a million dollars in hush money to keep her quiet.

The anonymous woman claims she was 12 years old in 1986 when her parents took her and her brothers on a sightseeing trip that included a stop at Jackson’s teen home in Los Angeles.

The family was outside the Hayvenhurst mansion when Jackson rolled up in a Mercedes and invited the accuser and her mother inside to see his “candy area,” the lawsuit states.

Jackson allegedly acquired the family’s phone number and began grooming and sexually abusing the woman over a three-year period that ended when she was 15 years old in 1989, the paperwork states.

The “Thriller” singer allegedly gave the underage girl what he termed “movie kisses” – where he tongue kissed her on the mouth and body – and also digitally penetrated her, forced her to give him oral sex and rubbed his genitals on hers with partial penetration, the lawsuit states.

A lawyer for the new accuser said Tuesday that while his client may be the first woman to formally accuse Jackson of molestation, her story makes sense.

He also argued it’s “not surprising for a pedophile to abuse both boys and girls,” and that “her abuse ended when she hit puberty.”

Finaldi said his client has stacks of evidence, including handwritten letters from Jackson and his staff, canceled checks and a jacket the singer gave her after posing in it for album artwork.

“I love you sooo much also you’r making me love you even more the more I talk to you I’m crazy about you all my love Michael,” one handwritten note allegedly signed by the singer and attached as an exhibit in the Los Angeles filing reads.

“I really like talking to you and you are so sweet. But you cannot play Monopoly,” another note purportedly from Jackson reads.

Jackson spoke to the accuser on the phone for hours at a time, urging her to keep certain details of their relationship “secret,” the paperwork claims.

Jackson abused the new accuser at his Hayvenhurst house as well as at his Neverland ranch and on the Universal Studios set of Moonwalker, the lawsuit states.

Banking records included with the filing allegedly show Jackson authorized around $900,000 in payments to the girl, including a $600,000 cashier’s check in December 1993.

Finaldi argued that the accuser was able to file her lawsuit 30 years later because Jackson’s alleged payments were compensation for his abuse and he subsequently failed to inform her in writing that the clock was ticking on further claims. Without such notice, the statute of limitations never kicked in, the lawyer said.
