Armie Hammer has now been accused of “violently” raping an ex-girlfriend.
She claims he abused her “mentally, emotionally and sexually” during their four-year relationship.

The woman, who only gave her first name as Effie and sobbed as she talked, said that she feared for her life throughout her time with Hammer, who has been accused by other women of being into cannibalistic fantasies.
“He became increasingly more violent,” the woman claimed. “I thought he was going to kill me.”
Effie, who spoke alongside attorney Gloria Allred Thursday, said that the “Social Network” star’s alleged abuse escalated to rape on April 24, 2017, when she was 20 years old.
The now 24-year-old said that, during the attack, Hammer “repeatedly slammed” her “face against the wall” and left her bruised.
The abuse at the hands of the 34-year-old actor — whom she first met on Facebook in 2016 — led her to consider suicide.
“I lost interest in living,” she shared. “I just wanted the pain to stop.”
When asked if Effie was behind the social media account “House of Effie,” which first leaked DMs alleged to be from Hammer that described fantasies of rape and cannibalism, Allred said she had “no comment.”
Hammer’s attorney denied all of Effie’s claims in a statement to Page Six following the press conference.
“[Effie’s] own correspondence with Mr. Hammer undermines and refutes her outrageous allegations. As recently as July 18, 2020, [Effie] sent graphic texts to Mr. Hammer telling him what she wanted him to do to her,” the statement read. “Mr. Hammer responded making it clear that he did not want to maintain that type of relationship with her.
“It was never Mr. Hammer’s intention to embarrass or expose [Effie’s] fetishes or kinky sexual desires, but she has now escalated this matter to another level by hiring a civil lawyer to host a public press conference,” the statement continued. “With the truth on his side, Mr. Hammer welcomes the opportunity to set the record straight.
“From day one, Mr. Hammer has maintained that all of his interactions with [Effie] — and every other sexual partner of his for that matter — have been completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory. [Effie’s] attention seeking and ill-advised legal bid will only make it more difficult for real victims of sexual violence to get the justice they deserve.”
In response to Hammer’s attorney’s statement on Thursday, Allred shot back, “I challenge Armie Hammer to present all, not some, of his communications with Effie to the Los Angeles Police Department and answer all of their questions directly rather than through his lawyers.”
Effie is the latest accuser to come forward against the 34-year-old “Social Network” actor. Hammer’s ex Courtney Vucekovich previously told Page Six that he wanted to “barbecue and eat” her and also alleged he was emotionally abusive.
“He quickly grooms you in the relationship,” she explained. “He kind of captivates you and while being charming, he’s grooming you for these things that are darker and heavier and consuming. When I say consuming, I mean mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, just everything.”
Another of Hammer’s exes, Paige Lorenze, claimed to us that he used a knife to carve the letter “A” into her skin near her vagina and would allegedly intentionally bruise her as a branding method.
“He wanted me to show them off and be proud of them,” Lorenze told us. “I said, ‘How am I supposed to see other people when I have bruises?’ He said, ‘That’s the point.’ I think it was a part of marking and branding.”
Hammer has been hiding out in the Cayman Islands, where estranged wife Elizabeth Chambers and their two children reside.
It’s so wild to think that Armie Hammer was out here being an entire monster — but that’s clearly what’s been happening.
