This Is Love is the latest single off Will.i.am’s upcoming album, #willpower. The song was finished just a few days ago and previously debuted on UK’s Capital FM. The dance track as produced by Swedish House Mafia’s Steve Angello and features dutch singer Eva Simons.
I love trance music, but I’m not too fond of Will.i.am’s solo material…so I’m torn. I think it’s because his delivery is so one-dimensional. He’s not a singer, he’s not a rapper, he literally talks in rhythm to everything with a bit of auto-tune thrown in the mix for good measure. Eva sounds great and I’d much prefer for this song to be solely hers.
