We Told You So! Andy Cohen Confirms NeNe Leakes Has Been Fired from ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ + NeNe Speaks [Photo + Video]

NeNe Leakes will NOT be returning to ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’

In June, lovebscott.com exclusively reported that NeNe Leakes was essentially fired and wouldn’t be returning to the show.

Despite misleading reports of “negotiations” from NeNe’s camp and not-so-subtle social media outbursts we made it clear that NeNe wouldn’t be part of season 13.

Andy Cohen took to Instagram to confirm NeNe’s exit with a farewell letter.

Nene Leakes is an icon of the genre. She is a gif and catchphrase machine. In 11 years of #WWHL, Nene has been our most frequent guest, and she is always A BLAST. Nene nicknamed me “Buttercup” the first day we met, and still calls me that today.
