It’s Halloween and Barack Dubs is back with a new video featuring the President ‘singing’ Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.”

The video, comprised of appearances, speeches, and other outings is the latest in a series of lip dubs. Past dubs include “Can’t Feel My Face,” “Free At Last,” “Uptown Funk,” “Problem,” and “Timber.”
