Pharrell Williams declared ‘Freedom’ for all on Friday night’s episode of Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Skateboard P kicked off Jimmy’s premiere week with a performance atop ‘The Tonight Show’ marquee right outside 30 Rockefeller Center.

Not only was he outside on top of the marquee — but he was in the rain.
