Before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle said “I do,” Karen Gibson and the Kingdom Choir gave a moving rendition of Ben E. King’s “Stand By Me” at the royal wedding.
That’s right — the political progress anthem “Stand By Me” was performed by a Black choir at a royal wedding at Windsor Castle.
