VH1 Reality Star Ahmad ‘Real’ Givens Dead at 33 After Losing Battle to Colon Cancer [Photos]

Aww man.

Ahmad “Real” Givens, who starred on VH1’s I Love New York and Real Chance of Love, passed away last night at the age of 33. He was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in 2013.

Last night, Givens apparently suffered vision and speech issues and died hours later.

His brother Chance shared the following photo and message on Instagram.
