Trump Effect: KKK Group to Hold ‘Victory Parade’ in North Carolina to Honor Donald Trump

On of the largest KKK groups in the country is preparing a parade in honor of President-elect Donald Trump.

via NYDN:

The Loyal White Knights of Pelham, N.C., — “perhaps the most active Klan group in the United States,” according to the Anti-Defamation League — says on its website that it is planning a “Victory Klavalkade Klan Parade” for Dec. 3 to celebrate Trump’s election win.

“TRUMP=TRUMP’S RACE UNITED MY PEOPLE,” reads the website’s bold header, above an image of Trump standing before what appears to be his namesake tower in midtown Manhattan. A yellow Gloria with the words “President of the United States” frames the President-elect.

No time or location is listed for the Klan parade, and the Loyal White Knights did not return numerous calls for comment early Friday.

A voicemail set up for the contact number listed on the hate group’s website calls on white Americans to take up arms.

“It’s about time that we put an end to this massive third world immigration into our white homelands,” a male voice says in a prerecorded message.

The Trump campaign did not immediately return a request for comment on the KKK group’s parade plans.

This is not the first time President-elect Trump has garnered acclaim from white supremacists.

KKK’s official newspaper, The Crusader, threw its support behind Trump’s presidential bid in a full front page article last month. The article said The Crusader’s editorial board had a sweet spot for the Republican nominee’s “nationalist views” and “words about shutting down the border.”

In August, the chairman of the American Nazi Party, Rocky Suhayda, declared on his radio show that Trump offers a “real opportunity” for furthering the white nationalist movement.

Former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke, who lost a Senate bid in Louisiana on Tuesday, has time and again showered the President-elect in praise, including a gleeful Twitter spree after the election results came in.

“This is one of the most exciting nights of my life -> make no mistake about it, our people have played a HUGE role in electing Trump!” the convicted felon and former KKK leader tweeted on the eve of the election.

America, what have you done?
