TLC gets patriotic on their newest single, “American Gold.”

The song serves as presumably the final release before their album drops next week.

“I lost some friends, some friends that I didn’t want to / I lost some stars, my heart bleeds red, white, and blue / I’ve been in and out of the fire battling for you / Bleeding on American soil,” T-Boz and Chilli sing on the piano-driven track.

Thanks to Donald Trump, America is in shambles right now — but we appreciate the effort to unite everyone with an uplifting message.
