In honor of Thanksgiving 2022, the “Sister, Sister” alum, 44, shared what she was most thankful for alongside an Instagram video titled, “POV: you chased your peace, happiness, and joy.”

“I’m thankful for God,” she captioned the clip Thursday, which featured the actress holding a bouquet of flowers while wearing a cream sweater dress and nude heels.

“I’m thankful for my friends and family who lift me up and for my community and all the strong women who are growing and evolving with me,” Mowry continued. “Go get yourself some flowers! You deserve it. Happy Thanksgiving!”

The “Family Reunion” alum’s newest revelation comes nearly two months after she announced that she and her husband, Cory Hardrict, decided to go their “separate ways” after 14 years of marriage.

“These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness,” she captioned an Oct. 4 Instagram post of a throwback photo of herself and the “All American: Homecoming” actor.

Mowry continued, “I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family, and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”

According to court docs obtained by Page Six at the time, Mowry cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce filing and asked a judge for joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s son Cree, 11, and daughter, Cairo, 4.

Though Mowry has remained mum about what ultimately led to her divorce from Hardrict, 43, she recently shared that she knew her marriage was over once she started focusing on her own happiness.

“I feel like women, we tend to focus on everybody else’s happiness, making sure that everybody else is OK — meaning our children, our friends, our family — but at the end of the day, it’s about self-love,” she said on the “Today” show Nov. 16.

The “Comfort Kitchen” host added, “When you start to really work on yourself, love yourself, know your value and know your worth, then all of a sudden, there’s this awakening.”

Mowry concluded, “And it’s not easy. It’s a hard journey, but at the end of the day, I feel like it is so, so worth it.”

Despite Hardrict and Mowry’s split, the actress said that she still considers their marriage a “success” and sees the divorce as a “celebration.”

“I look at it as, like, a curriculum,” she explained. “You’re learning, you’re growing, you’re evolving, you’re creating, and I was able to create with Cory some beautiful, amazing children.”

She added, “It’s not about staying in something because however long you are in that situation that equals success. It’s about really, again, are you happy? Because life is really short.”
