Terry Crews revealed he battled with an addiction to pornography back in 2014, but now the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star is sharing just how devastating his addiction was to both himself and his marriage.
In a series of Facebook videos, Terry talks about his struggles and how he and wife Rebecca King managed to overcome his lack of emotional intimacy.
“For years, my dirty little secret was that I was addicted to pornography,” he reveals. “I had the biggest sense of entitlement ever. I felt like the world owed me something. I felt like my wife owed me sex.”
He went on to say that his wife eventually decided she was ‘out of here’ when she felt things were past the point of no return. Terry took that moment and decided to seek help.
“I didn’t get help to get my wife back,” he insists. “I got help because I needed it.”
