Teen Dies After Being Ejected From Popular ‘The Sizzler’ Ride at Church Carnival

Back when we used to attend those small pop-up carnival rides, The Sizzler was always a favorite.

Sadly, a teen girl was killed Friday night while riding the spinning attraction at her local church carnival in El Paso, Texas. She and another teen were both ejected from the ride — the second is being treated in the hospital and her condition is unknown.

A third female teenager, who was not ejected from the ride, was treated at the scene but did not sustain any injuries, El Paso Police Department Sgt. Enrique Carrillo told ABC News.

So sad.
