The festival will be hosted by Tameka herself and her other VH-1’s Atlanta Exes cast members –Monyetta Shaw (ex-fiancee of Ne-Yo), Christina Johnson (ex-wife of Cee-Lo), Sheree Buchanan (ex-wife of football star Ray Buchanan), and Torrei Hart (ex-wife of comedian Kevin Hart) are expected to attend.
The festival takes place this Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Chastain Park in Atlanta with all proceeds from the event going to benefit the foundations art-based camps and workshops offered to children ages 10-17 years old.
The foundation also plans to eventually open a magnet school with a focus on music and the arts.
After Tameka’s 11-year-old son, Kile Glover, lost his life as a result of a tragic jet-ski accident in 2012, Tameka founded Kile’s World to help benefit the children of the Atlanta community and honor Kile’s love of the performing arts.
If you’re in the Atlanta area, it’s a great event. Go out and support the community!
