T.I. and Tiny sat down with Jada Pinkett Smith and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones for a two-part episode of ‘Red Table Talk’ and wasted no time addressing the comments T.I. made in a previous interview about checking his daughter’s hymen.
According to T.I., he was ‘joking’ initially and things got out of hand.
“I began to embellish and exaggerate, and I think people took it extremely literal.”
He then went on to explain that a lot of people created a false narrative based on assumptions they made after hearing his initial comments.
He did apologize to Deyjah both privately and direct to the camera on the show and opened up about how the family has been dealing with the fallout.
