Soulja Boy is not letting Chris Brown off the hook after the singer pulled out of their much-hyped celebrity boxing match.
During a concert in Minneapolis over the weekend, Soulja Boy talked ALL the sh*t about Chris Brown. According to Soulja, Chris agreed to the fight and then backed out because he was afraid.
