Solange Knowles Digital Tracks See Major Sales Spike Since Jay Z Elevator Brawl

Solange may have gotten a few more hits than she bargained for.

According to HipHopDX, Solange’s digital track sales have seen a major spike following the Jay Z elevator incident.

In the week ending on May 18th, 2014 Solange’s sales were at 2,000 for the week, up over the prior week’s total track sales of 600. It’s not much, but it’s a noticeable increase.

All that added publicity seemed to have done her music career a bit of good after all!

We wonder if she’ll address any of this drama on her next album…
