Madonna may be 56-years-old, but she’s still landing major fashion campaigns — and that says something!
Move over Lady Gaga, Madonna is now the face of Versace. The label unveiled new black & white promo shots featuring Madge, taken by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
Madonna said a few words expressing her excitement over the campaign, saying:
“It’s always exciting to be dressed head to toe in Versace and experience first-hand Donatella’s vivid imagination and passion that she has created for this collection.”
“Madonna is one of the true icons of Versace,” Donatella said about Madonna’s latest contribution to the brand. “I am thrilled to have my friend and the most powerful and directional artist as the face of Versace for Spring 2015.”
