Sharon Osbourne and CBS agreed to the high-profile TV host’s exit terms, which will allow her to leave ‘The Talk’ with a $5-10 million payout. Page Six reported, citing unnamed sources familiar with the agreement.

The news comes after a few weeks after she got into an on-air argument with her co-host Sheryl Underwood over Osbourne’s defense of pal Piers Morgan, who was forced off his own show in Britain for too strongly attacking Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave ‘The Talk,’ “The events of the March 10 broadcast were upsetting to everyone involved, including the audience watching at home.” according to a statement from CBS.

Also according to Page Six, Osbourne will be able to tell her side of the story. So that’s a potential of more income for the ex-talk show host.

‘The Talk,’ returns sans Osbourne on April 12th.
