Shannade Clermont has been indicted three felony charges for allegedly using a dead man’s credit card information to spend up thousands of dollars.
via The Blast:
According to court records obtained by The Blast, a Grand Jury in New York was just indicted on three felony charges, including wire fraud, access device fraud and identity theft.
As we reported, officials accuse the former “Bad Girls Club” star of stealing the credit card numbers from a man who had hired the reality star as a prostitute for the evening. The man was discovered dead hours later from a drug overdose. Following his death, Clermont allegedly went on a $20,000 shopping spree for clothes and plane tickets over a period of several months.
The indictment also states that, if convicted, Clermont must forfeit any property she bought with the stolen funds, and pay back the rest of the money she stole.
Officials also allege that Clermont violated her conditions of release for traveling to an appearance without authorization.
Shannade is due in court later this month.
