This is disgusting and frightening.
A shocking video emerged yesterday and immediately went viral–the video depicts a mother restraining her 3-year old son as he tattooed while he screams in pain. At one point in the video, the mother pleads to her son in Spanish as he attempts to escape the needle.
The footage is believed to be taken in Havana, Cuba and it is not clear what the tattoo was of. More information has yet to be discovered.
