Video posted online shows a man appearing to refuse a coronavirus test at a hospital.

Kent Garrison posted the video to YouTube writing, “This happened at my sister’s hospital that she works at. A very obviously sick man demands a lawyer before he will be tested for coronavirus.”

The man in the video says he is at Parkland hospital, which is in Dallas.
