A Pennsylvania teacher that had been suspended after she was found in a car with an underaged student was found dead outside her mother’s home Sunday.
Rachael DelTondo, 32, was shot multiple times in her upper body on her mother’s driveway in Beaver County, authorities said.
She died at the scene. A neighbor told KDKA-TV he heard about six gunshots and the Beaver County coroner’s office ruled her death a homicide. A motive for the slaying is unknown as police continue its search for a suspect.
In November, DelTondo was suspended from Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School after it was revealed in a 2016 police report that she was found in a car with a 17-year-old male student who attended a different school.
DelTondo was engaged at the time and no charges were filed. The wedding was later called off.
The school released a statement saying it was saddened by DelTondo’s tragic death.
Sound fishy to us.
