Model Kelsey Turner has been featured in sexy magazines such as ‘Playboy Italia’ and ‘Maxim’ — and now she’s also been arrested by the FBI for allegedly murdering a California doctor and stuffing him in the trunk of his car.

Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department earlier this month discovered Dr. Thomas Burchard bludgeoned to death inside an abandoned vehicle, parked at the Lake Mead National Recreational Area, just outside Las Vegas.
Kelsey Turner is accused of killing the 71-year-old psychiatrist and was taken into custody in Stockton on March 21, the LAVPD announced in a press release Thursday night. She is currently awaiting extradition back to Clark County to face a murder charge.
A motorist traveling with his kids through the remote desert area just outside Las Vegas Valley phoned authorities after they spotted a parked vehicle with a smashed window the night of March 7, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Police arrived on the scene around 10:50 p.m. and discovered Burchard’s body after a brief search of the vehicle.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Coroner said he died from blunt force trauma to the head and ruled his death a homicide.
It’s not clear how investigators connected Turner with the murder, but her mother told KSBW that her 25-year-old daughter had been friendly with the Burchard for years. He allegedly also paid for a rental home in Salinas, where Turner lived with her mother and children for “about a year,” according to a neighbor.
“In fact, there were calls for police on few occasions,” said Marcelino Alejandro, who lived next door to Turner.
Burchard worked more than 40 years with the Montage Health behavioral program with the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, according to The Californian. His longtime friend, Judy Earp, said the doctor opted against retiring when he turned 65 because he did not to leave his patients.
Turner is slated to appear in San Joaquin County court on April 8.
