This isn’t a good look, after winning an American Music Award, Roddy Ricch is losing because he’s being sued his ex-landlord who claims he stiffed them out of rent money!

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a property investment company claims the “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial” rapper owes them $200,000 in past rent, failed to return the property in good condition.

In the filing, the company says Roddy rented the Encino, CA home on April 1, 2020, for one year, and agreed to pay rent in the amount of $15,950.00 per month. But, they accuse him of stopping payment in July.

According to the lawsuit, Roddy Ricch gave up possession of the home in August, with the landlord claiming he “breached their lease agreement” by failing to pay the rent that became due on July 1st and every month thereafter.

Plus, Ricch is also being accused of not returning the property to its original condition. AIM Property Investment, Inc claims they have sustained general, special, incidental and consequential damages of at least $200,000 because to date, they have not re-rented the property. They claim, per the lease agreement, Ricch “would be responsible for lost rent and any expenses attributable to re-renting the property.”

It’s unclear at this point why Roddy Ricch left the property, or what type of damages they are accusing him of doing to the house.

So you are not paying rent and tearing up the house. Where they do that?
