Looks like 50 Cent will have to wait a little longer before rap rival Rick Ross is deposed in a case Fiddy filed against his former attorneys.
Page Six previously reported that as part of the $32 million civil case in Atlanta, 50 Cent’s alleged his former firm failed to secure evidence and testimony from Ross regarding the posting of a tape featuring Ross’ former girlfriend Lastonia Leviston.
Leviston successfully sued Fiddy to the tune of $7 million for allegedly posting the tape online. 50 Cent’s current legal team has accused Ross of routinely ducking a subpoena, but a judge ordered Ross to be deposed this week.
But now the date’s been upended thanks to the coronavirus crisis: The court’s postponed the date to next month, and said any deposition should be done via video, we hear.
