The 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Rayshawn Bennett, surrendered hours after releasing a new music video for his song “Rolled On” on social media, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

He was booked into Fulton County Jail, and faces charges of murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm, related to the shootout in southwest Atlanta on Dec. 10.

That day, 28-year-old James Adams was shot in the head and later died at a local hospital.

A short time later, Kevin Wright, 32, arrived at a nearby fire station with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He survived his injury.

Police determined the shootings were related. Two other suspects, 23-year-old Ra’von Boyd and a 17-year-old boy, were arrested in Miami, Florida, and charged for their alleged roles in the shootings.

So much for that rap career. By the time he’s done with this there will likely be some other newbie street rapper in his place.
