Q-Tip believes A Tribe Called Quest got SNUBBED by the recording academy because their album, ‘We Got It From Here…Thank You 4 Your Service,’ didn’t get any nominations.
The rapper popped off in a video, partly blaming producer 9th Wonder and argues that their album was good enough for them to perform last year — but not good enough for a nomination.
No shade — but we forgot Tribe even put out an album last year.
There have been too many stellar albums to drop since and unfortunately there’s not enough room for everyone.
